Coronavirus: a message from Orla

Dear all,

First and foremost, our thoughts go out to everybody who has been affected by the coronavirus. These are exceptional times and it has never been more important to support one another and protect the most vulnerable in our communities. We are truly thankful to have our NHS and all the inspiring front-line workers who are facing danger each day to save lives, our modern day heroes.

Our top priority will always be the safety of our community, staff and customers, so we have made the necessary changes to ensure we continue to trade safely. Our head office staff and design team have been working from home and our warehouse and online delivery service, is following government and WHO advice with the strictest of hygiene and social distancing. 

As we all experience these new challenges together, it strengthens our belief in the importance of community, simple pleasures, and everyday creativity. And while we hope that many of us are with family at this time, many are facing this alone. Through our social media channels, we hope we can deliver some joy and a spirit of positivity with an abundance of pattern and colour.

Are you still delivering?

Yes, with free shipping on all orders over £50.

We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands,

All deliveries are shipped next-working-day using DPD, an express courier service who will contact you with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, and offer extensive ‘in-flight’ options to reschedule if you’re going to be out.

How are you ensuring the safety of your staff and customers?

All of our head-office staff are working remotely from home.

Our warehouse colleagues are split into morning and evening shifts to ensure social distancing in smaller teams. The warehouse itself is cleaned hourly and uses strict entry and exit controls, including separation of delivery/collection drivers from warehouse staff. Our delivery partners (DPD) are also practising strict social distancing throughout their operational network.


How can I safely return a product?

We offer a FREE collection service on all items sold through our website, so you do not have to leave your home to make a return.

We're now accepting returns up to 90 days after purchase on all unused items.
