Delivery & Returns

We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. 

You have up to 30 days to return an item to us for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply). Items must be returned in their original condition.

We do not accept returns on signed artworks, rugs, doormats, wallpaper and wallpaper samples. For hygiene reasons, we are also not able to process returns of bedding and towels.

UK Delivery - 

*Express delivery not available for Wallpaper as this is printed on demand and takes 10-15 working days.

**Express delivery not available for soft furnishings (i.e. Bed Linen, Curtains, Towels, Cushions, Doormats and Rugs) and may take longer to arrive.

US Delivery - 

Order by 15th December for Christmas delivery

For US purchases, we’ve updated our checkout to display all duties upfront. We’re committed to making the process as transparent as possible for our US customers, and are working towards finding better solutions for the duties and tariffs. 

EU Delivery - 

Order by 17th December for Christmas delivery

International Delivery - 

Order by 1st December for Christmas delivery

Prices start from £20+ and delivery times can take up to 15 working days, depending on location. International orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and custom fees may apply.
