We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.
You have up to 30 days to return an item to us for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply). Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If you are returning bedding or towels, the packaging seal must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.
We do not accept returns on signed artworks, rugs, doormats, wallpaper and wallpaper samples.

- Is the stem tomato roller blind easy to put up? How easy is it to cut the blind to the exact size and completely straight?

We do not recommend cutting the blinds as we cannot guarantee that the pattern will be complete. We would suggest taking a look at a retailer who makes custom made blinds and stocks our designs.
