We collect your returns for free

 

 

How to return an unwanted item:

To ensure a quick collection and refund, please hold onto the original packaging and Delivery Note that came with your order.

 

To return an item purchased from our online store:

  1. Email us at customerservice@orlakiely.com within 30 days of your original delivery date, letting us know the following information:
  • Your order number (this can be found on your Delivery Note, or you can find it online by logging into your online account and selecting ‘My Orders’)
  • What items you would like to return and why (no longer needed, item not as expected, etc)
  • Your preferred collection date (earliest collection is the second working day after the day you contact us)
  • Collection address (this doesn't have to be the same as the original delivery address)

We will then contact you to confirm your collection time by our couriers.

 

  1. Please write your return quantity in the table at the bottom of your Delivery Note.

 

  1. Repackage your items carefully using the originally packaging, (or a suitable alternative that will keep it protected during transit) and include your completed Delivery Note.

 

  1. Cross out any labels on the outside of the box (if using the original packaging)

 

Please note that items should be returned unused and in their original condition, (including any packaging, labels, dustbags, and accessories they came with), and must be repackaged to ensure adequate protection during return transit.

Is your item faulty?

Whilst Orla Kiely Products are manufactured to the highest standards occasionally things do go wrong.

Please contact customerservice@orlakiely.com to discuss further, or to arrange a refund using the return method above.

 

 

General terms:

Items purchased online from the Orla Kiely site can only be returned in accordance with above and cannot be returned to any of our other stockists.  Likewise, items purchased in a store, MUST be returned to the store of purchase. This applies to faulty items also.

When contacting customerservice@orlakiely.com please remember to include your order number.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer an exchange. All returns are refunded* (including the original delivery we charged) and if you would like an alternative item we respectfully ask you place a new order online.

We will make the refund, to the original debit, credit or charge card used, no later than 10 working days after the item(s) are collected from you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund for loss in value of any Orla Kiely Product returned if the loss is the result of inappropriate or unnecessary handling by you.
