Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
We are working to expand our delivery destinations to additional countries in 2019.
How long will my delivery take?
All orders are sent via express delivery.
If you place your order before noon you can expect to receive it:
- UK exc Highlands: Next Working day
- Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands: 2 working days
Orders placed after noon Mon-Fri may require an additional working day to arrive.
Will I be alerted when my order is due to arrive?
Yes! If you have provided your email address and phone number while placing your order then our couriers will contact you (by email and text notification) of a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, and offer extensive “in flight” options to reschedule delivery if you’re going to be out.
How much will it cost?
We apply a £6 (or Euro equivalent) flat rate delivery charge no matter how large your order.
What courier do you use?
We use DPD, the second largest international parcel delivery network in Europe, who are committed to being a carbon neutral courier (a leader in their industry).
We aim to dispatch your order with the minimum of delays. Orders accepted before noon Monday to Friday will dispatch the same day, thereafter we’ll do all we can to dispatch the same day, or the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a UK Bank Holiday will dispatch the next working day.
Actual delivery timescales may vary according external factors and we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays. In the event of any unforeseen delay in dispatch we’ll endeavour to contact you to keep you fully informed by email.
Regrettably we reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including an Orla Kiely Product which has been mis-published, such as its price or specification. Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will make every effort to contact you as quickly as possible by email.
