We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.
You have up to 30 days to return an item to us for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply). Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If you are returning bedding or towels, the packaging seal must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.
We do not accept returns on signed artworks, rugs, doormats, wallpaper and wallpaper samples.

"I love it! It is the perfect size. You aren't tempted to overload it so the weight drags on your neck like some of the larger cross body bags. Also, this has several compartments and two zipped areas to allow you to keep certain items separately. Some of the other bags are 'bucket' bags without compartments where I struggle to find things.
