Delivery & Returns

We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.

You have up to 30 days to return an item to us for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply). Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If you are returning bedding or towels, the packaging seal must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.

We do not accept returns on signed artworks, rugs, doormats, wallpaper and wallpaper samples.

"I now own 3 of this design duvet covers all purchased in the sale. I love the simplicity of the design. The quality of the cotton is obvious and much better than other companies I have dealt with. Also the wash and iron we’ll. They all came prompt with good delivers from next day to about 4 days. Difficult to say more except if you are considering ordering these products I can heartily recommend them."

I love orla bedding however

"I love orla bedding however I'm disappointed that this was a discontinued item and cauld not therefore purchase the pillowcases . This item was not advertised as discontinued if I'd of know I would not of brought it ! It was also not sold at a reduced price, when I queried obtaining pillowcases I was advised by ourselves to look on fb for second hand 1s! I'm a frequent buyer and am actually really disappointed in the service this time . It has put me off further purchases frankly. . . . poor service orla😢"

Please let me know when king size duvet cover is available. So tired of seeing your social media posts and only very Limited stock. A complete waste of your marketing activities as it only annoys potential customers: Hi Kim, Thank you for getting in touch.
