UK
The majority of UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service for a flat fee of £7. For full details, head to our shipping policy.
We offer free delivery for all orders over £150, in the UK only.
We offer free returns for all UK customers, except for large items such as curtains and blinds. For information on how to return your order, refer to our returns policy. Certain items are not eligible for returns i.e. bedding, rugs, wallpaper (inc. samples). Check the full list on the returns policy.
Worldwide
We ship worldwide to a number of different destinations, including the EU. To find out if we ship to your country, and the shipping rate, head to our shipping policy.
Shipping rates do not include customs charges. These will be charged at the point of delivery by the courier.
From September 19th 2023 we began fulfilling EU orders from a warehouse in The Netherlands. EU bound orders should no longer be subject to additional customs charges on delivery. We now also offer free delivery for orders over €200 or your currency equivalent for all EU countries
We do not offer a free returns service for any customers outside of the UK but you can still return to our warehouse. Certain items are not eligible for returns i.e. wallpaper or signed artworks.
