For UK orders, we are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £150.

Deliveries to the UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands, UK islands & NI) is next working day for orders placed by noon. Our Home items come from a different warehouse and sometimes take a little longer to ship. Please allow 2-3 business days for these to be shipped.
International deliveries: flat fees do not include any customs charges you may be charged on delivery, depending on the value of your order and your location. If you are unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules. You can expect to receive your order in 4-10 working days (location dependent)
Please allow 5 business day for rugs to be shipped.
Returns
UK: We offer free UK returns for orders placed in the last 30 days.
International: we accept returns on orders placed in the last 30 days. Unfortunately we are not able to pay for the cost of returning orders placed outside the UK. Please refer to the returns policy for more information.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are not able to process returns of face masks, bedding and towels.
Some larger item, such as curtains, will need to be collected from your delivery address. If the item is not damaged or faulty, we charge a collection fee of £27.00.
