Where do you deliver?

Currently, we can deliver to the following:

  • UK
  • USA & Canada
  • Australia & NZ
  • Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Switzerland
  • Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan & Hong Kong

You should be automatically directed to the relevant store based on your IP address but you may need to use the country selector.

How long will my delivery take?

If you place your order before noon you can expect to receive it:

  • Next working day: UK (excluding the list below)
  • Two working days: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK islands

Orders placed after noon Monday to Friday may require an additional working day to arrive.

Please note that your order may experience a delay during seasonal peaks and promotional weekends (e.g. Bank Holidays, Black Friday and Christmas).

Will I be alerted when my order is due to arrive?

Yes! If you have provided your email address and phone number while placing your order then our couriers will contact you (by email and/or text notification)  with a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery and offer extensive "in-flight" options to reschedule the delivery if you're going to be out. 

How much will it cost?

All orders will incur a flat rate based on the below USD prices in their own currency. 

Please note purchases outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs charges that will be collected by the courier on delivery.

For UK orders, we are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £150.

What courier do you use?

For the majority of the UK, we use Royal Mail.

The Detail

We aim to dispatch your order with a minimum of delays. Orders accepted before noon Monday to Friday will dispatch the same day, thereafter we'll do all we can to ship the same or the next working day.

Please note purchases outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs charges that will be collected by the courier on delivery.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a UK Bank Holiday will dispatch the next working day.

Actual delivery timescales may vary according to external factors and we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowances for delivery delays. In the event of any unforeseen delay in dispatch, we'll endeavour to contact you to keep you fully informed by email.

Regrettably, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason. This includes orders for products with mis-published price or specification information. Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible by email.
