We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. 

You have up to 30 days to return an item to us for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply). Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. If you are returning bedding or towels, the packaging seal must remain unopened for hygiene purposes.

We do not accept returns on signed artworks, rugs, doormats, wallpaper and wallpaper samples.

UK Delivery - 

Next Working Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday.

Express & Next Day delivery is not available for Wallpaper as this is printed on demand and takes 10-15 working days.

Express & Next Day delivery is not available for soft furnishings (i.e. Bed Linen, Curtains, Towels, Cushions, Doormats and Rugs) and may take longer to arrive.

US Delivery - 

Shipping times vary depending on your location within the USA.

For US purchases, all duties are included, there will be no additional duties at checkout. We’re committed to making the process as transparent as possible for our US customers.

EU Delivery - 

Shipping times and cost will vary depending on your location within the EU.

International Delivery -
